"Had terrible pain in my side and stomach, spoke to a lady on 111 and she was worried enough to send an ambulance, the ambulance never arrived. So rang The green wrythe surgery and got a call back from Dr latha, she was very good, asked every detail of what was going on with myself. She requested a urine sample and when i arrived the lady on the reception said Dr latha wanted a face to face. She had a prescription ready for pain relief and booked me a ct scan at st helier. It's the best experience ive had at this doctors in a very long time."
"I can't fault the receptionists. They have always been helpful and polite. I have consulted problems with them and they have spoken to a doctor on my behalf, then I have had calls back from either a doctor or a receptionist. Most doctors and all the nurses I have seen in this clinic are very good and professional. I found one of the doctors not so great so I just avoid seeing him."
"The doctor asked me what I expect from him?! Not interested in examination, more about typing on the computer. Not sure this doctor is actually qualified. And he said they don't check the mout/throat, "they don't do that", he said. Great medical service..."
"Worse surgery. I have tried to book an appointment with the doctor in emergency the lady in the reception said I was not in the data base as apparently I had no contact with the surgery for long however I was registered with he surgery for good 6 years. And I take my children there very often. The lady hung up on me."
"Uninterested, unintuitive, unable to diagnose. A complete waste of time. You'd be better off buying snake oil in the hope of a cure rather than seeing these clowns! Their lack of ability is actually dangerous. I don't know how this place is allowed to continue. The Doctor I saw this afternoon was Doc Latha. She is a dangerous practitioner and you should be warned not to put your faith and health of your loved ones in her incompetent hangs!"
