"I am rating here an after treatment consultation. I am regular with these as they allow both me and my cosmetician David to properly assess the treatment I undergo with him. Not only that he always hears me and improves what I come for after the product finally sets in, he also takes an overall look of the area we are treating and he suggests everything else that can be retouched to fully achieve the desired effect. I always get out of his consultation very happy with myself. Also, now it has been 11 months since my first facial treatment at this clinic and I have to say that I have not yet experienced any undesirable effects over the entire course of time. The product the clinic is providing truly is fantastic and good quality for reasonable money. The permanent results are also present at this stage, which is something I was not even aiming at. "Do not recommend. I was promised 100% hair removal at initial consultation. It was explained I would have a 10% hair reduction after each session and advised to have 10 sessions. The hair has grown back thicker and worse than ever. Staff are unprofessional. I was stabbed with a pair of scissors by a therapist while she was covering my tattoos. I bled and nothing was done about it. I have been offered 2 more treatments but I have decided to not go ahead as 10 treatments has only made it worse. I have been communicating with manager Emma, which has not been consistent. Promised a review at my local clinic, which never happened. I will now be going through alternative channels to get my refund."
