"Was happy that I could make an appointment on the day however, I had to physically travel to the surgery to get one as from 8am that morning the surgery answer machine was saying we're FULLY BOOKED! Just a concern if people are unable to travel to make an appointment they won't get in."

"The worst service I have ever experience in my life. The receptionist was not interested in helping, I called at 0800 and 1 second ( I was calling it all through the 0759 minute until lines opened). Sat on hold for 59 minutes to be told there is no availability. The recepetionist had no clue how the calls were taken and in which order and tried blaming Scarlet Fever. I have been with them for years and never have I got an appointment on the day. Dont waste your time. They're lucky it makes me give them 1 star."

"I can never get an appointment with these guys as they never tend to answer their phones. When you finally get through to them, the next available appointments are weeks in the distance. And if you do get an appointment, they are often rushed and they usually refer you elsewhere as quickly as possible. It's a huge shame as my previous practise were amazing with a high level of care of consideration. If you're looking for a GP in the Staines area, please DO NOT consider Knowle Green."
