"This is the best GP surgery I have been with. Reception staff is helpful and doctors are lovely people. Dr Mehta is an absolute star who is a very humble and kind person in addition being a competent doctor."
"Unfortunately most of my experiences of the centre have been bad. It is impossible to get an appointment through Patchs. You log in at 08:01 and it tells you to come back at 09:01 and then tells you to come back the next day! If you try to speak to the receptionist all you are told is to go on Patchs or phone the surgery in the morning for an emergency appointment. Only one receptionist has actually been helpful and managed to book me a telephone consultation for the following day, but when I asked for this service yesterday I was told by a different receptionist that she was unable to do it as she didn’t have access to the next-day appointments..and then proceeded to constantly talk over me when I was trying to explain my situation. When I am fortunate enough to be able to see a nurse or doctor I am satisfied with the service, but why is it so painful to get an appointment in the first place? I feel like I have to exaggerate my symptoms to be taken seriously."
"I have been with this practice for some time and only had a couple of positive experiences. The doctors I've spoken to were lovely and helpful when in appointment, however, would take *weeks* to fill out general admin details or forms that would delay my further treatment by weeks and months. My biggest issue is with the reception staff. I've been almost yelled at twice?? A lady very politely said "Goodbye and have a good day" to me as I was *mid-sentence*, and numerous other times the conversation was so rushed and blunt that it simply did not resolve the initial issue I called with. Overall, even though I've had good experiences in appointments, I would not recommend registering with this practice. Quite frankly, yelling at patients is utterly disgraceful."
"Lovely surgery. Feel well looked after. NHS is under so much strain but despite this everyone here helps and does provide us with the urgency we need when required. Thankful and grateful for the staff here."
"Appalling, came in with my 87 year old mother to have ears suctioned, the receptionist staff had no idea what or where you go as they rent out rooms to private practicioners. Why the receptionists are there and why they buzz you in is beyond me. We were left there until I questioned the delay to be told the nurse had already left an hour earlier. If I didn't take action we could be sat there all afternoon. The receptions are unhelpful and have no knowledge of why you are there not to mention there attitude The earwax clinic who rent there are terrible they leave earlier with no notice."
