"Normally my mom and I come to this lounge often, I work for the company loungers itself, at a cosy club. But today I was absolutely appalled by the treatment by the staff, specifically Louise, when me and my mother first entered she questioned us, and didn’t seem to question any other guest in this way? She had said, ‘Are you okay?’ At least 3 times, and we both felt immediately unwelcome, and were wondering if it was because of our race? Then when my mother had asked about her drink not being sweet, because it was watery and just tasted like tonic, it was remade and looked different with more pigment and this time was sweet. Louise herself slammed it down onto the table with no apologises, or words, and the waitress who was working beside her was a young girl, who was also very blunt and slammed our plates down. The food was also horrible, broccoli was over cooked, avocado was in a state, and my chicken wasn’t cooked properly either. Not happy, won’t be going again."
