"Absolutely Useless. They seem to deliver parcels when they feel like it. Took them 8 days to deliver a parcel that was sat in their delivery depot, which was supposed to be a next working day parcel. Only got it when I did because I phoned them up!"
"Absolute rubbish. Staff are rude over the phone and not very helpful with issues, it's impossible to get them to leave a parcel somewhere without prior permission so if you're not aware of this company when placing your order you've stuffed it. Missed 3 deliveries, took weeks to return to sender, left permission to leave with a neighbour or post through my door if it fits when they did eventually send it back out, and now they've gone and lost my parcel! I've never had so many issues with a delivery company, even Hermes is better than this! No point in next day delivery if it takes weeks to sort out the multiple issues you have with them, plus I had to pay £6 postage as next day was the only option offered to me which I didn't particularly need or want."
