"Horrible experience. I took my son to this hospital from guildford and reached at 7:57. The lady at the reception was awfully rude and said we were closed (closing time 8 pm). I said, "Could you at least have a quick look?" she plainly said 'No'. They have signs saying,'Don't be rude to NHS staff.' But what about the staff being rude to customers? Such a shame!"
"Had online referral from GP with same day appointment. Arrived early, seen early and brilliant service. Prescription sent straight away to my local chemist. The service I used was an extension to the local GP service. Thank you NHS"
"My mum has been here for just over 2 weeks. In that time only had 2 hot meals, all others are always cold. Supposed to be a rehabilitation hospital but only gets 1 visit every other day and walks a small corridor or to the toilet. How is she supposed to get back to fitness if nothing is done. She was here a year ago following a fractured pelvis and sacral and the food and physio was 100% better. Not sure what has happened in the year but you need to get back to the way things were a year ago."
