"Went to this place yesterday (29.4.22) with my friend, first and last time going. When we got there it was busy so I get that there would be a wait, my friend got seated almost immediately and I had to wait, which is fair, but not when I’m waiting close to an hour and they let 2 people jump ahead of me. I get seated almost an hour after arrival, the lady (I’m assuming owner as she was acting like it) rushed my nails, I only wanted matte black stilettos which I know doesn’t take long but this was too fast, the matte top coat is lumpy and rough, the brush must’ve been used prior and not cleaned as it has left glitter all over the nails, i know it was the end of the night so I just paid and left without making a fuss as I’m not one to do this. Today not even 24 hours later one of my nails snapped in half as easily as scissors cut through paper. I’m absolutely gobsmacked. I won’t say don’t go, but if you do, I recommend you go to someone that isn’t the owner lady as my friends nails are absolutely perfect and exactly what she wanted"

"Read the reviews and absolutely can not see what these people are complaining about. I’ve been all over for many years having my nails done and these guys are absolute professionals. Customers are always commenting on how perfect my nails look. If anyone is complaining about customer service , there may be a difference in culture and the way different cultures communicate. I get it however. They are matter of fact but get the job done. I’d much prefer this to pamper pamper and poor nails. If you simply want the result then this is definitely the place for you. Business women. Women on the go. Women who want smart looking nails. Ok , no cuppa tea on arrival but suits me. Nice nails. Stay on. Happy customers. They are not a nail spa !
