"My friend and I was the only 2 in screen 9 so we had the best experience nobody talking, rustling food wrappers etc. Good value. Only took a star off as chairs were a bit stained. We only saw 2 staff. 2 lads came in somehow I don't think they paid and disappeared again. No one checks your tickets so technically you could get in for free. I think cinemas should have some type of barrier to scan if they don't have staff. Its not fair to paying customers."
"Great customer service, the queue was a little long but I still made it to the film on time. I ordered a coffee and there is an offer available that includes kit kat bites for £5.99. Large coffee was around £3.20 on its own. I couldn't accept the offer as I'm Coeliac so my only negative would be to see offers that could also include some GF alternatives (twirl bites or wispa). The cinema was very clean and tidy."
"Huge queue for food as usual in vue! Waiting 10mins for nachos, no cheese sauce ready, ordered large but to be honest I wouldn’t of bothered! Not worth the money! How hard is it to understand you should have a separate queue for tickets only!!!!!!!"
"Not a great experience. The popcorn was stale, the tango ice blast was a strange texture and tasted like chemicals. And more shockingly the movie (the new black panther) wouldn’t work… we sat in the theatre for about 30mints past when the adverts would normally finish in the dark until a staff member told us they couldn’t fix it. They didn’t give us our money back but they gave us a voucher that we don’t even want to use…. Not great!"
"I'd give no stars if I could, first time here today and won't be returning again. 25minutes to get served for snacks and drinks only 4 in front of us. Don't get me wrong it was busy but there was 3 tills on. Placed the order 3 times and it was still wrong £44. 60 for 1 large meal Popcorn drink and a bag of sweets £14 great price tbf, but the 1 bag of sweets nachos which should of come on the meal deal then wanted to charge me an extra £5.20 for a drink to go with it. When it should of been a meal. Which I'd asked for 3 times. 2x bottle of cokes cost me £30. Staff wasn't friendly when I queried it."
