"From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were made to feel very welcome by the team at Anderson Sinclair. Gemma & Jon spent time showing us around the kitchen ranges and answering all of our questions. We were just starting an extension with our builders and so it was difficult for us to visualise the space. We came back to them architects drawings and a list of what we wanted our new kitchen to provide and Lily the designer did a great job at turning that list into a fully formed design. From that point we were won over and got things moving. Things weren't straightforward however. The building project hit some delays due to supply chain issues and we found that many of the appliances that we had ordered we also facing long lead times. Working with Lindsey however we managed to adjust the kitchen delivery so as we only had the units sat waiting for a week and we found alternative sources for the appliances. We're really pleased with the way the kitchen has turned out and how professional the team at Anderson Sinclair were to work with."

"We had our kitchen put in by Anderson Sinclair in 2006 and they were fantastic then. I recently decided to replace some of the white goods as they were somewhat tired after 15 years of full use by the family and Lindsey was incredibly helpful in sourcing new equipment in these pandemic times. The fitters were really helpful adapting the old units to fit the new equipment and I couldn`t be more pleased with the result. I found Anderson Sinclair online and after asking for references I was quickly confident that they would do a good job for me. We spent 40k on the kitchen and it's a beauty! We are now planning the upstairs bedrooms and the loft extension with them. They did what they said, we were impressed by their honesty and integrity as people. It wasn't always easy but they managed to pull it off, and all during lockdown. The only issues that came up were with supply and these were outside their control. Good communicators. "Anderson Sinclair came recommended by a friend who is now on their third kitchen with the company so I didn't doubt that they were good at what they do. However, there are lots of companies local to me so I checked them all out. Anderson won the day purely because of the way the team is. They are honest and upfront and didn't pressure me or try to trick us to make decisions before we were ready, like some of the other firms we spoke to did. They stated straight away that they were there to consult and would ask for a deposit only when we were comfortable with the designs. Their designer was amazing, so intuitive and highly skilled. The customer management we experienced was just plain excellent. We invested a lot of money into our new extension and kitchen with them and we are now already looking at our new garden room and potentially the loft too. We did hit problems during lockdown, but that was mostly outside of their control. Simon who looked after us was always upfront and clear when we were going to experience less than perfect moments and this made everything go smoothly. A superb company to work with."
