"As first time buyers the process was stressful enough without the added stress of this firm. Most of the time there was no communication between myself and the solicitor as when we tried calling they were always busy and never called back, despite everytime me and my partner were assured a call back from either the receptionist or assistant. We filed a formal complaint after the house eventually went through thanks to the seller and his solicitors saying they were ready to pull out if they didn't get answers. When we filed our complaint they responded by taking no accountability and blaming ourselves, our mortgage advisor, the estate agents and the sellers solicitors for all the delays. 100% would not recommend, if this is how they treat all their customers im surprised they are still in business. Just a complete joke of a firm."

O&C continuously ignore emails and provide the vaguest responses imagineable. It's taken me over a month to get my formal complaint sent to the internal complaints department. Avoid at all costs, not worth the time, money or mental capacity. Beyond disappointed."
