"Do not eat or order from here, first of all my food came three hours late and when it did come the fries were green no exaggeration and the salad on the burger was brown, i would not feed this to my cat letalone eat it my self i was so shocked with the standard of the food how can you send somthing out that you would not be happy eating your self, better then nandos you say? You wish making your prices higher then other chipshops does not mean speak for the quality. Why pick and chose when your food is nice? And they also did not have chicken wings wich i wasent to fussed about but did not even call to let me know just put it there and i found out when the driver told me , they were also stone cold and discusting. I am just highly disappointed and upset that i spent so much of my hard earned money on a place like this i warn everyone to stay away for your own benefit!"

"Shocking.. ordered off just eat. Incomplete order and cold food...delivery just over 1 mile away. When ringing re order was questioned if I was telling the truth...yes I was!!! The food was late, it was cold, some of it was missing, it was the wrong flavour. You insisted the driver had left with it . He may well if but he his not deliver it was rude and bad manners to accuse me if lying. It was bad customer services to not return the call as you stated you would. All in all a very disappointing and expensive meal. Definitely wouldn't recommend or use again"

"This place has a major health and highgene problem. The staff exspesialy the female server who where's her cap back to front, is the worst culprit. She eats the fries in front of customers from the prepared highgegicly area, and then serves fries to customers who observe her previous disgusting actions. Not one member of staff can accept criticism when you complain. I waited 21 minutes for chicken and two portions of fries only to be served two portions of cold contamination fries. I challenged the female server who thought it was normal to 1/ eat customers fries, 2 / serve cold fries and not accept criticism. I am contacting Birmingham health and hygiene, and anyone buying food from this place BE WARNED"
