"Had the worst experience with this company with both my sale and purchase. The director, Lucy Watson comes across lovely but is incredibly dishonest. Had to complain on a number of occasions about the service we were receiving but just met with excuses, blaming others, defensiveness, and more lies. Even on completion day, when we thought our trauma with them was over, Abode gave us the wrong house key at 4pm! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Currently taking my complaint to the property ombudsman."
