"Not Dreams, it's a Nightmare. The bed is overpriced. The material used has not a good quality, and the crew that delivered was not studious. They damaged my walls. They denied it! Totally dissappointing. Also, I have bought this online and couldn't have any chance to touch the real bed before. So photos would not tell you everything online. Especially, the drawer handles are so weak and razor sharp. You can injure your leg. Yes I bought it on Black Friday with discount but I don't pay it with Monopoly Money so it has a price.£1,035.00! As a customer, I have a right to get good customer service and product. The discount you made would not make you right! This product and service don't deserve this price. Would never recommend it."

She was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I returned back two days later to purchase pillows and mattress protector. The lady who assisted me - Kirsty her name - made my undecisiveness go away once she explained me the benefits of a firm pillow versus a soft one. All in all I left the store very satisfied and I can highly recommend it for the quality of its products and the excellent customer service."
