"This is the most unprofessional letting agency that I have come across in all of my accommodation searches. We went for a viewing and really liked the property. We contacted them and expressed interest in renting it. Haven't heard anything from them after that. I understand that they might have received better offer and have decided to go with that. But as a client we expect a minimum decency of letting us know the outcome of the application. We have sent multiple mails and messages, and calls as well. Never heard back from them. Wouldn't suggest it to anyone."
