"Absolutely disgusting service. My elderly grandparents bought a substantial amount of new furniture for their home and paid additional charges to have the products assembled and fitted. In particular, they paid for wardrobes to be fitted by the living style representatives. After fitting the wardrobes the Living Style Furniture fitters left all of the cardboard packaging all over the room, the hallway and the bathroom - they had also trampled polystyrene into their carpets. In addition to that, they caused some defects to paintwork within the room. My grandparents were faced with what the representatives had left behind. My grandparents both live with chronic breathing issues and were physically reduced to tears upon discovering the mess, not understanding how to tackle it all. After the mess was sorted out, my grandparents noticed that the sliding wardrobe doors seemed to be opening on their own - they called the company and reported this and the company sent the same two men to check the job. The men claimed that my grandparents newly fitted carpets were causing the reason for the fault, that they had been fitted incorrectly and it was nothing to do with the wardrobes. They then used a big piece of cardboard, folded it up and wedged it behind the wardrobe to attempt to fix the issue. The wedge of cardboard is visible from every angle of the room and quite frankly an eyesore, it is absolutely disgusting that they think it is acceptable to treat people like this because they think they can get away with it. After no further help from the company, our family have had to find an alternative resource to fix the problem. He then confirmed that the installation should have been levelled correctly and it was appalling. After paying such a substantial amount of money for the products and additional charges for the fitting, you just would never expect this level of service. If I could give 0 stars then i would."
