"A good taxi service during the daytime, but we needed a taxi at 3am. Our house is a bit tricky to find and instead of calling to ask for further directions the taxi driver aborted the fare! Fortunately we were able to get the dispatcher to send them back. But we were a bit less than impressed."

"A disgraceful service, absolutely no idea how to operate and communicate with customers. I called in the morning and was told abrubtly no drivers were available, the operator was too quick to hang up on me. Called in the afternoon to book a taxi for after work; this time she said she cant book because it's their busy time!!! Does Town Cars understand that people would particularly book to avoid nasty surprises? Very poor service, not sure who had given them the 4 stars they sport online, they're definitely failing the customers."
