"There is cheaper garden furniture out there, but as is often the case in life, you get what you pay for. I've had my Bridgman garden furniture for over 2 and a half years and it has stood the test of time well. Their Enfield showroom is well stocked and Alex spent a lot of time with me and made considerable effort to understand what I wanted from my garden furniture. I found the whole buying process painless and stress-free. There has always been good communication from Bridgman throughout the process and as importantly, any small issues subsequently have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. A particular mention to Savannah from Customer Service, who is incredibly helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bridgman and I'll buy from them in the future too."
"I have trying to order replacement glass tops since mid March. If you are lucky enough to speak to someone they never call you back. Same if you email them. I gave up mid May when I call the number provided by Ana from customer support only to speak to a lovely lady who has nothing to do with the company. She has been answering calls for over a week at home as someone decided to provide customer with incorrect number ."
"Fantastic service up to placing the order but that’s where it ends. I ordered a rattan outdoor table and chair set as well as a large sofa set back in June. I was told although they had most of my order in stock there were several pieces not due in until the beginning or August. We agreed therefore for the full order to be delivered altogether in early August. After chasing delivery through all August (no one ever calls you) I finally sent an email to cancel the order. However, amazingly I was told it was now all in stock and delivery could be made before the end of the week. I therefore accepted and indeed the delivery company called straight away to arrange delivery for Friday of last week. The delivery company turned up on the day and started unloading and setting up the furniture. It was at this point that one of the delivery guys said ‘you know that the parasol you ordered is delayed don’t you?, and there are some other bits too!’ He then brought out the delivery sheet to reveal that there was in fact the following missing: a large sofa an armchair the Parasol 3 footstools Several cushions This was not communicated by Bridgman and they did not contact me in advance to check if this was acceptable. They just thought they would sneakily try to drop the furniture and then leave me to chase the rest of the order up. Luckily I noticed and rejected the whole order before the delivery guys left. Again no call to apologise or explain afterwards, although they have refunded the full money but I had contacted my card company to reclaim it anyway. It is a shame as the furniture does look nice but I’ll be avoiding them in the future and ordering from a company that has a decent level of customer service."
"My purchases with Bridgman have all been trouble free and prompt. Their products are easy to choose, from their online catalogue, showing beautiful scenes. Easy website ordering process too. Our metal/granite dining set is fabulous quality, still looks like new after a year in the elements. Classy and stylish design too. Our accessories purchases have also been of good quality, arrived promptly, with helpful deliverymen. It is a pleasure to deal with their staff on the phone when querying something ; in fact, my whole experience has been a positive one in every way. How often can you say that ! Thank you."
