"Booked a car well in advance, making very clear that the trip was for the bride and groom at the end of their wedding day to ferry them to their hotel. The car waited for 10 minutes and then left and we were told bluntly that no other car would come. I appreciate that the taxi couldn't wait forever, but we were trying to say goodbye to our 100+ guests and were outside only seconds after the car left. I would have thought that the driver might understand that on such big days things can often overrun slightly, but apparently not."
