"We had a great experience of ordering our kitchen from Schmidt Stanmore. I have not ordered a kitchen before so I went into the process not knowing a lot but the service given to us by Ryan who was the lead designer was amazing. We had 4 appointments with Ryan before even ordering the kitchen and Ryan took his time to go through the choices we had to make and help us with design decisions. At no point during the design process did we feel rushed or pressured to make a decision and put a deposit down. On installation we did have a number of issues but these were all dealt with by Schmidt and resolved to a satisfactory standard by Kevin. We were happy all of these were dealt and not just dismissed which was good customer service. I would highly recommend ordering a kitchen with Schmidt and would save special praise for Ryan. Even after installation we would still hear from Ryan to confirm we were happy with everything and if we had any issues. No demand was to much for Ryan and no question to simple or complicated to answer. Without Ryan I know we would not have got the high quality kitchen we did."
