Craig in store was just what you want in a salesman, knowledgeable,friendly, polite he certainly knows what the customer wants/doesnt want. Super easy to put together, so firm, cushions do not slide around even when my (horrible children) jump 3ft in the air to sit on them more training needed on that front.......just bring it back in blush so I can upgrade my rebel2 but not in velvet please."
