"We found them a real mixed bag on a French property purchase. They are technically proficient and in some ways did a good job, but their customer service is average and several emails would go unanswered. They also tried it on with fees, not sure they understood what fixed fees were, then pleaded poverty. I had a follow up query post completion, that they have refused to answer twice, guess they have their money and no longer interested. On balance, we wouldn't recommend them."
