"Very efficient and obliging, would use again"
"I used Ison Harrison to purchase a property, they were the worst solicitors I have ever dealt with. I had to chase them up constantly, they never explained the process to me (as I was a first time buyer), and whenever I left messages they never called me back. I used to leave messages with the assistant asking for my solicitor to call me back and when I speak to him he would say that he hasn't received any messages. I would often receive documents with incorrect information on, which I then had to inform my solicitor to correct and send me the correct copies, he never did and just proceeded as if I never asked for anything - he would just ignore my emails. When it came to the final stages of purchasing the house, the solicitor informed me that he contacted the bank couple of days ago, however when I called the bank myself they told me that he only phoned the same day that I was supposed to get the keys for the house, so he lied to me. Till this day, I am still chasing them up to send me the documents for the property that I have purchased. I don't recommend anyone using these solicitors."
