Reviews
"The Range constantly went on during their adverts that "If they don't sell it, you don't need it." Turns out they didn't have what I did need. On another occasion I needed some paint mixed by a machine they have, but they had no-one at the store trained to use it on a Sunday. On a third occasion I bought a paper shredder, it died less than a week of irregular but fair use. We bought another on the off chance it was just a bad apple, that one also died less than a week. Staff seem to be few and far between, often just 1 or 2 checkouts open out of the 10 that are there, multiple call outs for staff over PA system, also noticed lack of investment into the store itself. The Range needs to put money into the store, increase staff numbers, to you reading this review Save your money, go elsewhere."
"The whole floor area is now disgusting. The toilets need ripping out and starting again. Disgusting. However I love shopping at the range."
"Had nearly exactly what I wanted, compromised and went for dark grey tea towels instead of purple (can’t find purple ones anywhere!). Lovely store with layout easy to find things .. even a couple of boxes of toffifee on the way through the checkout."
"Shop ok with some nice things, but twice now gone to the till & the price of the items are different to what it's said on the shelf.? When asked to check the shop assistant did but had no customer service what so ever & more or less told me i should of checked the numbers on the bar codes? Sorry who dose that every time they shop?"
"It was a bit disappointing as the change over from Christmas stock was in progress leaving a rather messy appearance and lack of order. However, we found what we wanted and a very helpful member of staff carried it to the tills and then to our car"
