"AVOID! We were drawn in to using Simpson Millar for our conveyancing by good reviews, but there is clearly something going on there recently as their service has completely fallen apart. Impossible to get a response to emails and nobody picks up the phone. Have tried contacting managers to escalate things but they also ignore you. A quick look on their Facebook tells me that others are currently experiencing the exact same thing."
