"Weird layout. Stayed in two different flats. They clearly can only fit kitchens in straight lines. As the kitchen and lounge are the wrong way round in both. Lack of attention to detail. However it is a beautiful building in a great location."
"Cosy, comfortable, clean apartment with great location in Warrington, close to nightlife without being noisy. If God forces you to spend any protracted period of time in Warrington for your sins this is certainly one of the better places to spend that time."
"I had a booking with this apartment since 2020. I secured a great price for the bank holiday weekend due to booking so far in advance. I communicated with the apartment regularly and everything was fine. 3 days before check in the accommodation messaged me at 10:30pm to advise my booking had been cancelled with no explanation as to why. I have tried to contact multiple times with no luck. I contacted Booking.Com and they advised this wasn't an error on their part and it was in-fact the apartment cancelling with no valid reason. This has left myself with no place to stay over the bank holiday as everywhere is fully booked, this now means we are no longer able to attend our ticketed event due to the sheer unprofessionalism demonstrated by Emmanuel Church Apartments. I haven't received a refund, apology or reasonable explanation. AVOID!!!"
