"Staff that were on duty during the day of our arrival are absolutely amazing! Everyone was super friendly, going extra mile without being asked for it, they just do it because they genuinely care. Food was ok although I'm a bit confused about Cesar salad with onions... Other than that I can't fault anything else."

Breakfast was just right,We were going to a restaurant and the receptionist ordered our return taxi too so overall it was fantastic"
"Difficult to fault this hotel. Staff are excellent, rooms well presented and the breakfast buffet is very well organised. It's pleasantly quiet and dark at night for a good sleep too. The hotel is within reasonable walking distance of loads of other facilities, catering and retail outlets locally and conveniently close to the M6/M58 junction to access most of the rest of the North West."
"Good location, out the way so it's quiet but only a short drive from what you want. Can't fault it on price but the rooms are a little tired and I didn't find it that welcome having a note stuck near the small shelf to make drinks telling us we'll be fined if we spill them and don't notify reception. Few damaged bits to the wall and cobwebs but overall good. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and well cooked. I was a little disappointed with evening meal choices and greasy laminated night time menu so we went elsewhere. None of that would stop me returning but compared to other Holiday Inn hotels at similar price it was a bit below expectations."
"We stayed for a few days .The room.was lovely and clean and very new looking. However apart from the French gentleman on reception none of the staff spoke to us or where rather abrupt .the hotel was full of homeless families very sad to see but there were police there and kids running and bouncing footballs as you sat to eat a meal .the staff member who served us our evening meal just pushed the food and said here! The restaurant was filthy with kids throwing food .the breakfast was OK albeit on cold side wouldn't go back"
