"Sorry it’s a bit late (we were moving house) Faye has completely changed our lives for the better! We went to see Faye back in December 2022 when our son was 4 months old after being told that he had no tongue tie by our HV and midwives. My son had huge issues with breast & bottle feeding to the point where I couldn’t continue breastfeeding but we were told everything is fine because he’s ‘gaining weight’. When we saw Faye she informed us that he did indeed have a posterior tongue tie and had lots and lots of tension so we went away to do oral & body exercises that Faye had showed us. We were also recommended to see an osteopath because although the tension seemed to be improving his reflux wasn’t. It was a rocky journey but Faye was kind enough to give us a free appointment when we were tight for money to see the osteopath which meant we could! All in all we saw Faye over a course of 3 months until our son was ready to have his tie cut. In the process we also met lovely Kellie! After the division we had a follow up appointment over the phone where I informed Faye that she had completely changed our baby. He was now feeding well, more interested in food, no more fussiness all day from being uncomfortable, 12hrs a night of sleep (previously up most of the night due to acid reflux) and just all in all a happy cheeky baby. The 2.5hr drive was so worth it, every time we left Faye’s clinic we said how you can see that she genuinely cares about each baby that comes into her clinic and she is so determined to help the patient & parents. She is passionate about her job and genuinely understands and makes the parents feel heard. Reflux no more all because of you. You are so informative and clear about every step of every process and just simply incredible at what you do, thank you so very much. We feel sane again!"

"We cannot recommend Faye at Rockabye Hub enough. We heard about her through social media after desperately looking for solutions to our 11 month old’s feeding and sleep issues. Her clinic is a three hour drive away, but it was worth the journey to find someone professional and passionate about tongue tie and the issues it causes. Faye was so welcoming and made us feel at ease from the moment we entered her clinic. She spent over 2 hours assessing and treating our son and made sure we were confident with the follow up exercises. In addition to the assessment, tongue tie division and exercises, Faye also offered a follow up appointment to ease any worries and check everything was healing correctly. This was very helpful and shows how Faye really cares about each baby’s wellbeing and recovery."

"I can't recommend Faye enough! We saw Faye for a 2nd opinion at 10 months after we had previously been told by another practitioner that my daughter did have a tongue tie but didn't need it cut! We've had issues with her sleep and eating since she was born and have never felt supported but with Faye this was a different story. She listened to our concerns, did a thorough assessment and confirmed that she did have a posterior tongue tie. Faye released the tie and armed us with the knowledge and aftercare excersises we needed. The difference in my baby is immense her sleep is so much better and she is actually able to swallow food!This is all thanks to Faye, she has literally changed our lives. "I cannot thank Faye enough for all her support through this process. We arrived at clinic and met Faye for the first time over 5 weeks ago. My baby was 9.5 months and had already had a tongue tie cut at 3 months old privately. Faye was so friendly and supporting and listened to our story. She was so gentle and built trust with our baby to assess if he still had tongue tie which she confirmed he did. We went sent away with 5 weeks worth of oral exercises and so much info and support. Faye was an email away for further support during this time. Today my baby had his tongue tie cut again. The process was as smooth as it could be. "Faye is a very knowledgable practitioner for any issues with tongue tie & reflux & feeding. We saw Faye after a private hospital tongue tie division but I wish we had gone to Faye from the beginning!! If Faye had assessed our little one she would have done the division AND provided the aftercare we needed.
