"I have needed to attend this clinic on several occasions this year for blood to be taken for testing and have always found all the staff extremely professional and courteous. I attended today and due to a misunderstanding found that I wasn't booked in to the correct clinic. The receptionist was very helpful and managed to arrange for me to be seen and blood was taken. Many thanks to her and the nurse who took the blood."
"This chemist is wonderful the staff are very polite helpful and I know sometimes they don't answer their phone because they are extremely busy it is one busy chemist I have never had any issues with this chemist they are the best chemist I've been with that one on Manchester Road medix chemist is the first one in Warrington this chemist as always does my prescriptions phone make as chemists take emails for tablets it's the best chemist going I'll give this a bit"
"The problem with this health centre is that the reception staff never pick up the phone! On numerous occasions I've called there is no reply. I had to get in the car and go down there to speak to the unhelpful staff. How the centre management don't recognise the problem is beyond me. Take a look at the customer reviews. I'll keep trying as I've only been at for 9 hours."
"Although my experience here with nurses has been positive, sadly the experience with the receptionist wasn’t. I booked an appointment turned up to be told I didn’t have one, rebooked for later that day, same lady on reception said she couldn’t find the appointment ( even though she booked it) I only got to have my bloods taken as the nurse took me through ( I had not been registered as having an appointment AGAIN. Yes agree with other comments, the receptionist is not ethical nor thorough!"
"Whilst most of the doctors and nurses are nice the major failing of this centre are the receptionists. Most I have ever had the "pleasure" of dealing with have been rude and clearly don't want to be there. I am sure some patients can be rude but that does not mean that everyone is and therefore the frostiness and blunt attitude is not required. I have personally experienced this attitude but have also been in the vicinity of others people treated in the same way. An elderly lady came in when I was there recently and politely asked if the car park is busy in the week, when her next visit was, and was rudely answered with "how would I know how many people will be here"! All the staff member needed to do was politely explain she was not sure and could of easily pointed out that there is also a large public car park across the road, rather than snapping back in an unhelpful manner, but no she was just rude."
