"Why is this still open? To all people complaining here, please officially report them, hopefully they will wake up and improve a bit."
"Worst doctors ever. The most unhelpful receptionists, stupid cues to even speak to anyone. Got told to ring at 8am and was 36 in the cue, I go to college so there was no way in hell i had time to be sat there waiting when i already knew they’d tell me all the appointments are gone. Should have stayed with my doctors on the wirral."
"After an hour and a half wait to be spoken to on the phone, the receptionist was incredibly rude, implying I was just trying to skive off of work and entirely unhelpful. I was planning on registering with the practice but the hostility and lack of advice I received completely put me off."
"I have never had a problem getting an appointment here as long as you follow the surgery's protocols such as ring at 8am in the morning to get an appointment. Granted the wait for the appointment is about 20 minutes! The doctors, nurses and most of the receptionists are lovely. The nurse who has done my children's vaccinations is particularly brilliant and so good with the kids. However, there are a couple (if not just the one) of receptionists that lack compassion and are generally clueless and unhelpful. One particular experience is as follows: After initially being told by the doctor the results from my daughter's swab would be with me in a couple of days on the Friday, I popped in a week after the appointment on the Wednesday to ask about the results to be met with "maybe try again this Friday." I conveyed how much more worse the condition had got for my daughter and that the cream prescribed was not working but the receptionist was very unhelpful and lacked compassion. In addition, the building is really not fit for purpose and is small and cramped. I had an appointment for my newborn daughter (whom I carried in a car seat) upstairs, and coupled with a toddler too, it made for a difficult journey up the narrow staircase. Thank goodness I didn't bring a pram in there - I don't think it could fit in the building. As well as replacing the uncompassionate receptionist(s) with people who genuinely care, I feel the surgery needs to relocate to a bigger building and be better accommodated for disabilities and people with prams in order for more positive reviews in the future."
"After calling 36 times from 8:00am finally get through at 8:25 to be in a cue number 50 I then waited 2 hours and finally got to number 2 in the cue for someone to hang up the phone in the surgery, what a joke. I keep getting pains that feel like there in my lung, I don’t have covid and don’t have a chest infection. Left to call 911 as no other choice"
