"Customer service atrocious, less than 24hrs notice for delivery. not willing to change times.had to race to delivery address 300 miles away"
"Really poor service from this company. Placed an order for next day delivery on Friday, received confirmation that the item had been shipped Sunday, Called them Monday as package had not arrived, was promised Tuesday within a timeslot, received a call back Monday PM confirming timeslot, call received Tuesday stating item will not be delivered now until Wednesday. Cost me half a days service for a plumber for nothing. Spoke to them to complain and received no apology stating "its one of those things". They have not offered to refund the next day delivery charge that i paid either, even though I asked. Asked who should i contact to raise a complaint and they cut the line off."
"They were meant to deliver a bath 6 days ago however neither me or the seller got no update. Turns out they had put a forklift truck through the bath and just didn't get in touch with anyone. Had to have a replacement sent out with a reputable supplier now."
"I've only given one because you can't put zero. I had a delivery last week; the driver ripped my side gate from the wall then damaged my shed doors delivering a bath! - it'll cost more for repairs than I'll make from fitting the bath! Shambles as he could have rung me, I was literally 50 yards away at the time of delivery!"
"AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Our item was not picked and uploaded to the wagon that left our bathroom fitter who was on a day rate unable to complete his work. I explained to the manager of National Logistics (who lied about his name) that we are now a day behind and out of pocket because we still have to pay the bathroom fitter half a day. He refused to do ANYTHING to help and whrn I asked him to log complaint, he refused to give me the name of anyone to complain to. Undoubtedly the worst customer service that I have ever come across and I urge people to use a more professional logistics company."
