"Had an issue getting through for appointment however was seen on the day surprisingly seen by advanced paramedic in surgery was checked thoroughly with symptoms and ongoing health issues GP also popped in to check my breathing was given a really nice supportive consultation and self care advice along with Fit note to support my long term health condition x Well done practice and Gary paramedic"
"I am willing to change my score if service improves, but I have just joined this GP after moving into the area and it's already not off to a good start. As others have stated, the phone service isn't great. But what was utterly ridiculous to me is that, after being given a doctor's appointment for 7am, I turned up to find the doors closed and the automatic sliding doors not opening to my approach. I checked their opening times, only to find they open at 8. Thinking I got the time of my appointment wrong, I phoned them to enquire, and apparently 7am was correct and I was supposed to knock. Not only did I not see anybody through the doors at reception, I was also not given these instructions, and so I missed my appointment. Did I receive an apology? No. When I asked if I could book for next month, I was told this wasn't possible because the appointments for next month weren't available yet (this was on the 17th). What kind of GP can't book appointments for a month in advance?"
"I have just spent over 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone at the surgery. When I finally got through the call holding service I was promptly cut off.....on retailing I was told by the automated service that I was again 8th in the quq. If I had continued to wait another 30 minutes I would have been cut off again no doubt...disgraceful service for a doctors surgery."
