"THIS IS TO WARN PPL I daughter of Margaret rang to inform doctors that she cud not get out of bed,not eating or drinking or taking her medication,and she had heart medications and high potassium which she had to take sachets of medication on a daily basis, 1 set of carers we’re trying to get her back in to hospital,but due to doctors cheshirewest and the hospital carers they all said she had capacity to stay at home ,she also was high risk of blood clots,so I enquirer about the injection to reduce the risk, as she was in bed 24/7,even unable to go to the bathroom,they did a phone call instead of home visit to c for themselves the seriousness of the situation. A week later she DIED, the paramedics rang firdale to do the death certificate,FIRDALEsaid they COULD NOT coz they were CLOSED for TRAINING!!!!!!! So we had to WAIT for a police officer, and he asked loads of questions,took all medications and she was sent for a post mortum,it was the police officer who arranged the private ambulance to take mum to leighton hospital,this all took 4hrs after mums death and then we had to wait for results. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR FROM FIRDALE MEDICAL CENTER. They did and would NOT listen to concerns raised about a patient of theirs, and not doing the certificate coz of training is deplorable and disgraceful, so training is more important than their patient’s and their families"

"Do not register with this clinic!!! It is absolutely rubbish medical center. Doctors are useless and not professionals. But the most worst thing how to book the appointment. They ask you to call at 8 o’clock morning (they have one day appointment). You will never reach their office. They switch off their phone before it is too late to book an appointment then you can reach them. How do I know that? When your line works you put everyone into the queue. But when your line is not active it is a busy all the time. You can call 100s time and it will be busy or even drop. Absolutely disgusting and useless medical center. If you have options to register somewhere near, do it!"

"Ridiculous booking system. Get a phone call telling me to book an appointment the next week. I phone at 08:00 and keep on phoning only to get 'line busy'. Cannot understand why they can't just book an appointment when they phoned me to tell me to book an appointment. Defies logic completely"

"I’ve been a patient for 12 months. Only recently have I had to use the practice. In a short space of time I’ve met Dr Edmondson, Dr Syed and Dr Harrison. They have all been so helpful and professional. The reception team are really pleasant and it seems to run like clockwork. A great practice."

"Worst surgery I’ve ever been to, so I helpful and my son got turned away who’s 6 months as the doctor said there’s nothing wrong with him so he can wait a few more hours so be seen. An hour later ambulance came out as he wasn’t breathing properly and went blue. Maybe if someone actually listened to me my son wouldn’t have had to go through that trauma"
