I wouldn't put any trust in these so called professionals caring for your relatives . Disgusting the way our daughter was failed. "Incredibly Poor Service I cannot believe that Harry Blackman House can call themselves a mental health service. Firstly staff should not make promises of call backs and never make them. I have recently been suffering with quite bad mental health issues, for staff to constantly tell you that they have passed a message on and somebody will call you back and this never happens it makes you feel even worse A nurse prescriber at Harry Blackman House could have issued a prescription that took me over three weeks to get. Instead of acting upon It I was lied to time and time again.Even my family expressed their concerns for me to them, but phone calls to me were never made. I am truly disgusted in the way I have been treated. I will not ever use this service again, staff should be ashamed of themselves. If you need help go elsewhere because from my experience. you will get nowhere with Harry Blackman House they are totally useless."
"I was diagnosed in November 2020 an stayed for a while but I did improve everysingle day. At first I didn't like it but I got to know people an it was good to know I could get better. Everyone actually tries to help an this should atleast 4.5 stars I think. I don't know if I can send stuff for the people still there or ring about it if you can somehow tell me how I will. When I left I was very happy an I realised how good it was there. I hope the people I know from there are doing well an this is James sholliker for anyone who remembers me."
