Will make you late for work don't trust anything they tell you it's all lies"

"Terrible service. I was told that a taxi would arrive in 20 minutes but an hour later no one had arrived. Everytime I called to find out what was going on I was told by an automated system that my taxi would arrive in two minutes but ten minutes later still nothing. The no show driver then cleared the call as complete - and I only found that out when I finally got through to their reception! No apology, no discount offered on another taxi, just the offer of another taxi booking. After all this I missed my works Christmas dinner that I'd already paid for in advance. Never will I use this taxi service again and I'd advise anyone else considering them to call another company instead!"

"Lied about the fair on the phone. Price quoted by driver was more than the text they send to customers too. When the driver turned up he added an extra charge. Driver was late and rude when questioned about the extra charge. He drove very rough and car stank of fags. Save yourself the hassle and go with a service more professional."

"Would not waste my time with this lot booked a taxi an hour and a half prior to my time but still they managed to be 35mins late and the operator had the cheek to tell me they had other customers that had been waiting longer. Its going down hill"

"This is the worst cab company. I received one quote to take my daughter from Oldbury to Hateley Heath for £8. The cab driver took ages to collect my daughter from Oldbury and when he showed up he charged her £14 instead of the £8 that the controller quoted. I then rang the controller who was verbally abusive telling me that I am stopping him from doing his job. He hanged the phone up on me two times. I rang back he said what do you want? I said I will call the police as his driver was taking my daughter for granted the controller said "call the police, do what you want"!!Then he asked me for my full address and postcode. The driver said to me "How could the driver charge my daughter £14 if she hadn't even arrived in Hateley Heath and that the Journey is actually £10 - £12. I informed my daughter to get a written receipt from the driver because this behaviour from this cab company is inexcusable and extremely unprofessional. I will be taking necessary legal action with the relevant authorities and regulatory body who monitor these cab companies!!"
