"We have used Brookfleet for a number of years and they have always been reliable. However we had booked in advance a minibus for Saturday 17th Dec at 7pm. At 7.25 we had not received the courtesy of a phone call to tell us and we had to contacted them to be told they were all in Birmingham and we would not be getting one. The new office staff are very argumentative and do not care about your loyal customers. To make things worse the return journey that was also pre booked turned up 30 minutes late and I had to sit on a seat that was soaking wet as if someone had had an accident. You had a great system of notifying your customers by text however your new office staff informed us this no longer happens. From being a service we always recommend to friends due to the great service we received I will now have to reconsider. Your drivers are always courteous and friendly I feel your office staff need to take a leaf out there book."
