"We cannot recommend X Martial Arts enough! We've been training here for nearly two years now. Both kids love it and look forward to coming every time. The team of instructors is excellent, always encouraging them to do their best, be respectful and considerate. They made so many friends along the way too! Me on the other hand, have never manage to stick to any sports, but started this at 35 and loving it! Adult classes are great but you can also choose ladies-only classes!"

He has come on so much since coming here! I struggle massively with anxiety too so It took me ages to sign up but it's the best thing I have ever done. Everyone is so friendly, I have made some great friends and it makes exercising more fun when you do it with people who have now become like family. The XMA staff are all lovely and really good at what they do . They push you to be the best you can be! Highly recommend to anyone :-)"
