The trainers are warm and friendly but very professional, the environment is great, well equipped and spacious . "Rewarding it 5 stars,couldn't rate it anything less than five stars. Me and my daughter been going to martial arts for last 3 years. It's the best thing we done together. The Aegis instructors have been amazing, I feel right at home. We have made some amazing friends. The programme itself is beneficial. The aim is to provide your children the right skills to be successful in life and be more independent. In addition their work on their social skills, communication, leadership, and discipline and emotional regulation, which is beneficial to yourself mental health. It helped my daughter build her confidence and self-esteem which in effect helped her speak up against her bullies at school. She has come along way from when she started. As for me it made me feel more confident in life and allowed me to try different things without the fear of getting things wrong. Big Sir has been amazing he has been a father figure with a lot of encouragement where needed and discipline in others area. For Miss she always wears a smile and responds to all my questions in person or via phone. She goes above and beyond to help out. It's an amazing place, you will be welcomed as a family member."

"my grandson has being going here over a year now and loves it, after seeing him, my granddaughter decided to join, she's only had 2 lessons but does nothing but talk about it, they love it. The instructors have never been anything but friendly. i would highly recommend. The instructors speak to the parents and we are encouraged to join in. If there are any upset children on the mat, which you do sometimes get as they are young, its sorted out straight away by talking and the child is happy. Great bunch of people"

"My son has been going for over a year now and loves it, this place and all the teachers are fantastic, always offer support to the children when needed, I would highly recommend your children joining because they will have so much fun and learn life skills which will help them no matter what they do. it's that good that my eldest daughter has just joined she's 9 and talks none stop about going and all the stuff she is learning! as soon as my youngest is old enough she will be joining them too. I've never met a bunch of nicer people if I'm honest, everyone involved in the classes are brilliant, always smiling and the kids enjoy being there and always leave happy."
