"This was my 2nd experience with this branch and i should have learnt the first time! Poor communication, i did all the chasing, they rarely returned phonecalls , emails were passive aggressive. I was unhappy with the service i received and complained about a member of staffs incompetence , i had no apology and was still allocated this member of staff. The experience left me stressed and anxious. Terrible service, i was relieved when the job was eventually completed..."

We also had 2 help to buy ISA and these were dealt with without any issue, and the additional cost was very reasonable.
