"Awful level of service. Avoid! We were first time buyers and completed with Star Legal as our conveyancers in March '22. Every single document provided to us - riddled with basic typos (wrong address line, wrong postcode). Because of this, we lodged amendments - only for the same mistakes to be repeated. At every stage of the process, you feel obligated to chase them for them to actually actively work on your case - including promised callbacks not being given. Best of all, we somehow overpaid on our completion balance (despite double checking this with the company) and was only told 5 months later... One of the most frustrating experiences in recent memory, and completely unacceptable in the Legal sector. You'd expect professionalism, but in reality here it's the opposite."
