"Had the misfortune of holding my dear grandchilds christening reception for close family and friends, well what can I say I booked and paid for 44 guests but only 32 arrived but the food supplied just placed on a table (see photo for 44 people)with no heating to keep a safe temperature was totally inadequate.Trying to find someone to take responsibility for the function was impossible,we requested more food from the barman who blamed the chef we asked to speak to him 3 times but he refused to come out of the kitchen,no one took any notice they just said that's what you booked there is no more.I will be contacting the environmental health food hygiene department as it must be illegal to put food on a table with no temperature control.Be careful when booking this venue you will not be looked after no one will check your satisfaction throughout the day,you will be fined in the car park even when booking a function.Lastly get everything in writing in contract form they will dispute decisions and promises made after you have paid your money Better still don't go here, find somewhere else, I will from now on,these people are unprofessional and should not be taking money from people for such poor service"
