"Play area is good as it should be but the atmosphere around is not at all suitable for family let alone children. You can smell weeds at any given time of the day, hound kids age group 10 to 15 are often seen smoking illicit substances. Made few complaints to police but no action. Beautiful big green area for walk and serene day walk only if that sense of security would be there. Police and wardens attention is required big time."
"Has its own designated area for droning or flying model rc planes. Tons of open space to chill, play games or anything else you'd like to do in a park. Free parking also so what's not to like?"
"Not having children I don't use this. However I do walk the dog past it regularly and it was pointed out to me that some of the older children's play frames etc appear to have been half dismantled. Thinking that this maybe due to covid i made enquiries but from what I can find out it's actually damage, where some items of metal frame etc have been deliberately taken/stolen. A council response was that they will be repaired in due course! No actual time frame given. So not much more I can say!"
