"I think that they make unique and fun products at an affordable price. On top of that, their deals are great. However, only if you get them on time without chasing time for the stuff you ordered. The deals I got was really good so i was fine with waiting, but I never received any confirmation. All I know is that I got charged. 2 weeks later, I contacted them on Friday and this lady (Abby) told me that she will take care of my order next week on Monday, but it did not happen on Monday, she just blamed on the IT dude and they were too hectic to handle my order because they had some sort of event. If I did not reach out to them, I never receive the products that I paid for. That is just NOT cool, especially there are good web shops out there in Germany. Again, the products are cool but after what happened, I do not even wanna use or rep their products."
