"Be careful!!! Ordered 2 items on the 30th June still not arrived messaged and rang numerous times the phone was ignored and messages read but took days to answer. Was told there was a problem with delivering as the item is glass (not a clue why) I asked for a refund that was 2 weeks ago and it’s still not gone in. Been calling today no answer and I’ve sent a message no response yet stories on social media are going up constantly. This looked like a beautiful store I definitely would have got my home interiors from however the customer service is shocking!!! UPDATE…. Director promised me a refund and a hamper as an apology but never responded after the first email and received neither so I’ve had to go through my bank for a refund!!!"
