"Would of left no stars if i could. We bought a King Size Mattress it collapsed after 12 weeks they came out and said they had changed supplier due to issue and they could only replace like for like. 8 weeks later same problem bed collapses you would think it was years old. Went back in to complain and lad wasn't bothered even when we said we would report this to Trading Standards. " Said go on then" so we have contacted them to start the complaint.... avoid this place unless you want to waste your money!!!!!"

"I would like to thank Easy Order Beds for my wonderful mattress. I previously had a memory from mattress and they suggested s pocket sprung may suit me as I suffer back and shoulder problems. They showed me a number of options and the one I picked is amazing have had a number of really brilliant sleeps not waking up to crawl out of my old memory foam mattress."
"I have been coming to this shop for a while now for all my bedroom needs, I can not score them highly enough, always prepared to sort a deal on multiple items and work around the customers needs, we wouldn't go anywhere else, my friend bought a bed off facebook from a unknown firm for the same price as this shop sells it for and it was absolutely rubbish in comparison. Ignore the negative comments, the staff in this shop clearly explain that they are not able to deliver past the first floor and its the same for many shops unless they charge you a premium to do so, Easy Order Beds are honest and are straight up with you."
"Bunch of Cowboys is a good description. Ordered a mattress on Saturday 10th November and paid cash. Arranged delivery to a second floor apartment for Friday 16th after 4.00. At 5.00 I phoned the store and was told that the delivery van was out but she would call them and ring me back with an eta. Eventually got a call back to say that they had tried ringing but got no reply so the driver went home. Turns out that they had written the phone number down wrong. After much discussion arranged delivery the following day between 10.00 and 12.00 and we were left with no mattress overnight. Arrived at 11.00 but refused to carry it up past the first floor despite us clearly telling them that it was the second floor with no lift when we paid the cash over. No apologies from them. Left my wife and I both in our 60's to carry it up the rest of the way. Terrible service be very careful when you deal with them."
