"my daughter loves this place"
"Great products for men and women... but as other people have stated through the years, The staff are not very nice, rude and ignorant and this still hasn't changed. There are always more staff than customers, tend to stand around chatting instead of wanting to help and the people on the till treat you like s**t because they have to actually do their job and ring you up at the till."
"I was waiting for the staff to ask me to come over and charge me and she totally ignored me. So I thought the till wasn’t aviable so I decided to put my stuff on the nearest one. When a women came she started attending her so I was flipping, I couldn’t believe in what was happening... of course I claim my turn and she did ruin my day."
"Racist workers. I would rank lower if I could. Whenever you enter the store, all the staff members stare at you weirdly and talk amongst themselves, making SURE that at least 1 staff member is staring at you at all times whilst you’re in the shop. It happened again, as I recently entered the store only to find it happening again, and as soon as I walked in, a staff member stacking shelves with blonde hair and glasses, looked about 50 years of age with weird teeth was staring at me weirdly, anywhere I walked she would come near and look from an angle, when I looked at her she would look at me and mutter something under her disgusting breath. I picked up a product and had it in my hands, before I was about to leave due to this and placed the product back, at the same time I took my bottle of drink and my phone out of my bag for music, but she came close to me and shouts i’m calling security, I was baffled as to why and she said I apparently put something into my bag and a man came forth and told me to leave the store. They checked my bag, nothing there, so the man just told me to leave the shop as I’m now ‘barred’.I then left, but as I was leaving, the workers behind started speaking amongst themselves and as if they were now laughing. I told this to a mate who also wears the hijab and she also mentioned how they stared at her weirdly and intimidatingly many times on another occasion, not very long ago. Absolutely Pathetic, the woman needs to get her glasses checked out to ensure she’s seeing properly considering ‘I don’t need to say anything’ as ‘She saw’. Absolutely terrible customer service."
"Good shop ruined buy snobby staff. Most of the snobby ones are the old women. Most of the time you go there you will have a snobby staff working who looks like she can't be bothered working there and had enough. If they do feel like that, bloody get another job."
