"Went in this evening looking for a TV monitor. My mum uses 'Zoom' on her phone, she needs a larger screen. I spoke to the staff, who were friendly and listened. Vicky explained, my mum would be better off with a tablet, Although she did not have to, she went through the pro's and cons, and how to set it up. She also smiled a lot, which swung it for me. To be fair all the staff members were friendly and helpful. Going to pop in again next week to look at their phones. Little things make a difference! Thank You1"
"Had a very bad experience with one of their staff on the phone after returning a faulty product I wish I had taken his name down , but it was a Male member of staff who was very disrespectful and rude . Great place for deals but they need to ensure all staff are trained correctly as this gentleman had no customer service skills at all , staff like that will lose you customers I must add though that the manager was great , and very helpful and friendly, I think her name was Vicky I am not 100% sure but she was very helpful when I got around to speaking to her"
"My brother ordered me a console from a shop across the country that was short one wire so called my local shop. Despite not being a chain, their responsibility and my tone of voice when I called, Vicky took the time to go through boxes of wires to find something that would work. As luck would have it, she did. I also bought another console from them but it didn't have a feature on it I wanted. They were kind enough to refund me with shop credit. All around fair deals."
