"Stumbled across this shop while visiting Stamford Bridge. When I walked in two people had just been served and were given great customer service. I went up to Adrian who is the owner of the shop and asked him how he is doing to which I was ignored. Then I asked if I could have a look inside the humidor as this is a normal thing in every cigar shop. Fair enough it was closed but he replied by saying you need to wear a mask before coming into the shop. (He himself was not wearing a mask) he then put his mask on. I then asked for a price list of Cigars as I would like to make a purchase. Adrian was unbelievably rude and told me that I need to check online, I could see a price list on the counter so this didn't make sense. I was shocked as the previous customers received a completely different service. I then said why am I receiving such poor customer service is it because I am not your average looking customer. What he said next angered me, he replied I serve plenty of BLACK people (I am of South Asian decent born an raised in London) I turned around and went to walk out of the shop to which he followed me instigating more of a problem I kept my calm and said I've been to Davidoff who have a far greater heritage and was treated with the upmost respect. As I walked out of the shop he shouted go to Davidoff they charge alot more than we do. He was lucky he was an elderly man. NEVER EVER VISIT THIS RACIST ESTABLISHMENT."

"I probably wasn't the smartest dressed person that day to ring the bell. But I was welcomed in , I had a few questions to ask, being new to cigar smoking, and I felt at ease in the shop, the man behind the desk was probably the owner, but he had so much time for me , answering my questions, then bringing out a selection of different cigars, all very professional, he also had outstanding knowledge of each and every cigar. There was no pressure on me to purchase anything, but my intention was to buy a few . I walked out with 7 different cigars, I will smoke these, and see how my tastes go. I will be back for more, maybe I'll dress a little smarter next time. I highly recommend this cigar shop. Thank you for all the good advice."
