"We visited the Chester, Sealand Road store to view sofas. On arrival, we were shocked that the store doors were locked at 18:30, rather than the advertised time of 20:00. There were staff in the store but they mouthed ‘we’re closed’ through the window. You won’t find an order from us."

"Having paid over £4000 for two new sofas from Natuzzi Editions Chester I naively expected quality in terms of service and product; I could not have been more wrong. As a retired Head of Education, I consider myself to be reasonably intelligent and able to make valid judgements; my dealings with Natuzzi has rocked my confidence! DO NOT BUY from this company! In less than 10 months the sofa seat cushions had collapsed to the point where I was almost sitting on the framework. Having taken out extra insurance, I expected a speedy resolution to the problem. Sadly, this was not the case. While coping with my husband's Cancer diagnosis, I had to fight tooth and nail for 11 months before I got any sort of help with correcting the problem. Numerous phone calls and emails passed between me and Zoe, the so called Head of Customer Service during which time I was lied to, put off and just about everything was done to try and prevent me from seeking a resolution. With the help of my sister and Consumer Rights, the furniture was eventually repaired; whether the repair will stand the test of time remains to be seen! I had read some poor reviews about the company and brought this point up in the showroom but was assured that this particular branch was reliable, honest and committed to customer satisfaction; sorry but this is a pack of lies. In my 50 years as a consumer, I have never had to write such a derogatory but HONEST review. I hope I never have cause to do so again. Please be warned; DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY"
