Reviews
"After reading all the reviews...I had a fantastic service and the management are helpful and happy. I have to say the manager is a very happy person. Thank you for your service."
"Good store and staff, let down by bad management. Frequently go in to buy lunch and find there's no one at the tills and only one person on the shop floor. Apart from the obvious security risk of unsupervised liquor and tobacco, it means queues when baskets need approval because apparently you need ID to buy a RedBull. Doesn't really make sense to have the least staff at the busiest part of the day but given how the manager seems reluctant to get behind the till I'm not surprised."
"This store is specialist in employing rude staff! Such a bad experience, just been there, they dont have bags and the staff, she was very rude!"
"Packages of some stuff are torn up and they are still being displayed. Some Pringles chips are opened and damaged on the shelves. The most interesting one is there were no bags in store today. Not at all. Staff confirmed."
"The Staff in this store are without a doubt the rudest and most miserable customer service staff I have ever had the misfortune to be served by. I live close by and go in regularly so I know this isn't an isolated incident. It's the culture. Im presuming a culture set by the manager whom in the 2.years I've lived here have only seen smile once, and that was when he was talking to, not a customer, but the security guard!"
